According to the Haskell book, Carol Dauplaise joined Haskell in '59 and for over 20 years was one of the people who was in charge of the showroom. She was not on the design side at Haskell according to that book. She worked at Haskell as a bookkeeper and then started her own line (late 80s?). Sold jewelry--lots of pearls and faux beads -- at dept. stores. Some of what you find here will be her contemporary items. Vintage Dauplaise is difficult to find.
