Providence Stock Company first listed in the Providence directories in 1890. The last listing was found in 1950. An advertisement of 1904 says "Our Specialities are: in gold filled, vest, Dickens, Pony, Fob, Waldemar, duke of Marlborough, Lorgnette, Muff, Purse and Neck Chains, Ptd., Marguerite Extending Bracelets, and Chain Bracelets; in 10 k solid gold, Lockets, Brooches, Scarf Pins, Pendants and buttons, and in sterling silver, Chain Bracelets, Ptd., Friendship Hearts, and small novelties. I find their jewelry to be of top quality and holds up well over the years. |

1940's Retro Stylized Amethyst and Clear RS Earrings. Screwbacks. Signed PR.ST.Co. 1/20 12kt gf. Each earrings has a tear shaped, faceted amethyst which is prong set and has one small round faceted set at the bottom. The measures 1-1/8" x 3/4". Excellent condition. Picture does not grab the true colors of these earrings. You won't be disappointed.

1940's 12kt Gold on Sterling Clear Stone Choker and Bracelet. The choker measures 15-1/4" long x 7/16" wide. Clear Crystals are prong set into each link with a foldover clasp. The bracelet measures 7-1/4" with the same motif as the choker. This is a lightweight set in very good to excellent condition.

Pr.St.Co. 1940's 12kt gf Amber Flower Choker and Earring Set. A hard to find set! The large links have a flowers in the center each set with an amber colored cabochon. The choker measures 15" long x 1/2" wide ending with a fold over clasp. The screwback earrings masure 5/8" x 1/2". Excellent condition.

1940's floral brooch with deep purple amethyst faceted glass marquis shaped petals surrounding royal blue faceted glass round center stones. Set open backed. The gold setting is two-tone, with one leaf having a yellow gold finish. Lots of detail on this brooch, with a wire wrapped at the bottom to keep the bouquet together. Excellent condition. A truly beautiful piece! The picture doesn't capture the intense blue stones at all! The brooch is marked PR. ST. CO. 1/20 12KGF. The bouquet measures 2 1/2" tall and 2" wide.

Vintage PR.ST.Co 12kt gf Bow Watch Pin. There is a small rectangular dangle with a hook on the end to attach your favorite watch. The bow measures 2" x 1/2" and is in excellent condition. c 1940s. Signed on both pieces.

Vintage PR.ST.Co 12kt on Sterling Mother of Pearl Locket. This is such a lovely locket... the front has a mother of pearl background with a gold over sterling flower and a bezel set faceted cobalt blue glass stone. There is a ribbon like design around the bezel set mother of pearl framing it beautifully. The back is marked PR.ST.Co. 12kt over Sterling. The original inserts are intact with no pictures in it. The celluloid coverings are intact as well. It closes tightly and is a bit tough to get open. The chain is not original. It's 925 Italy box chain - vermeil - gold over sterling. The chain measures 18". The locket measures 1-1/4" x 1". c 1920s.

PR.ST. Co. 12kt gf Amethyst Colored Stone Link Bracelet in original box. The box top is not shown but it is a dark pink velvet cover with a pattern to it. This is c 1940's.
